During the “Scary fast” conference, Apple presented M3 processors, which were made using a 3-nanometer production process. As the company emphasizes, they offer an increase in performance compared to M1 and M2 processors. The first devices to receive M3 systems are the new 14- and 16-inch MacBook Pro models. We have just learned the Polish prices of these computers. Well, it’s not cheap.

Apple has always been famous for charging exorbitant amounts of money for each memory expansion (either RAM or SSD). It is no different in the case of the latest MacBooks. New computers are not only – as the slogan of the Apple conference said – “scary fast”, but also “scary expensive”.
The cheapest of the presented models, the 14-inch MacBook Pro with the M3 system (8-core CPU and 10-core GPU), was priced at PLN 8,199. We are, of course, talking about the basic variant with only 8 GB of RAM and 512 SSD memory. If we choose a larger SSD with a capacity of 1 TB, we will pay PLN 10,199 for the same model.
For a 14-inch MacBook Pro, but with a more powerful M3 Pro system (11-core CPU and 14-core GPU), we will pay PLN 11,499. In this variant we will get more, 18 GB RAM, but still only 512 GB of data memory. The same model with a 1TB disk was valued at PLN 13,899.
The 14-inch MacBook Pro with the powerful M3 Max system (14-core CPU and 30-core GPU) costs PLN 18,699. In this case, we can count on 36 GB of RAM and 1 TB of SSD memory.

If we still lack power, the reliable hardware configurator in the Apple Store comes to the rescue. Here, the M3 Max system with a 14-core CPU can be replaced with the same system, but with 16 cores (an additional fee of PLN 1,800). We also add 128 GB RAM (additional charge – PLN 6,000) and 8 TB of SSD memory (additional charge – PLN 13,200). For such a set we will pay – please note – PLN 40,899.
16-inch MacBook Pro with M3 chip. We know Polish prices
As for the 16-inch MacBook Pro, the cheapest model was priced at PLN 13,999. We are talking about the variant with the M3 Pro system (12-core CPU and 18-core GPU), 18 GB RAM and 512 GB SSD memory. The same variant with 36 GB RAM costs PLN 16,399.
The 16-inch MacBook Pro with the M3 Max system (14-core CPU and 30-core GPU) costs PLN 19,999. Here we have 36 GB RAM and 1 TB SSD memory. For the same model, but with a more powerful variant of the M3 Max processor (16 CPU cores and 40 GPU cores), 48 GB RAM and 1 TB SSD memory, we will pay PLN 22,999.

Similarly to the 14-inch MacBook, we can also run the hardware configurator in the Apple Store and create an even more powerful version of the computer ourselves. Therefore, we add additional RAM (128 GB for PLN 6,000) and 8 TB of SSD memory (additional fee – PLN 13,200) to the 16-inch MacBook Pro with the M3 Max system (16 CPU cores and 40). In total we will pay – a trifle – PLN 42,199.
24.5-inch iMac with M3 chip. We know Polish prices
We also learned the prices of the latest 24.5-inch iMac, which also received M3 chips – but only in their base version. We will pay the least, PLN 7,499, for the Professor M3 variant (8-core CPU and 8-core GPU). Here we have 8 GB RAM and only 256 GB of mass memory.
The same variant also with the M3 system, but with an 8-core CPU and 10-core GPU and the same memory (8 GB + 256 GB) costs PLN 8,699. If we choose the version with 512 GB of SSD memory, we will have to pay PLN 9,899 for the whole thing.

Of course, the Apple configurator also allows you to create an “exclusive” edition of the new iMac. The most expensive variant of this device with 24 GB RAM and 2 TB SSD memory was valued at PLN 15,899.
Apple has already started pre-sales of all presented MacBook Pro and iMac models. The computers will be delivered to the first buyers on November 7, 2023.
