To prison: The Vázquez twins or the Sabadell twins, as they are called in Spain, were convicted of murder. The crime of a man, partner of one of the sisters, took place in 2021.
On Friday, October 27, 2023, Antena 3 reported that the Barcelona court sentenced the Sabadell twins to sentences of between 16 and 20 years in prison.
The other sister’s husband was also convicted.
In the ruling “it is proven that Dolores and Pilar, in collusion – with the latter’s partner, Isaac Gil, murdered the former’s friend on the night of July 9 to 10, 2021.”
The Public Prosecution Service has demanded twenty-four years in prison for those involved, as announced at the start of the trial on October 9.

The prosecutor’s office indicated that Gil was the one who committed the murder in Dolores’ house when the victim was sleeping, El Periódico reported.
“He gave him “several blows” with a metal lever (a goat’s leg) hitting his head with “extreme force.”
“Pedro” – he continues – “was able to escape and go to the stairs of the building, but Isaac chased him until he collapsed.”
The sisters denied any connection with the crime. In Cope they reported the following: “Dolores called her boyfriend that evening. When Pedro was in the bedroom, Pilar and Isaac arrived at the house and the latter attacked the victim, hitting him several times with a goat’s leg. “It broke his skull.”
Gil, on the other hand, said he heard the couple arguing and wanted to intervene, but he indicated he ultimately acted “in legitimate defense.”
Once the verdict was announced, Antena 3 published that Pedro wanted to flee the fierce attack with the metal lever, but “the nightmare continued as Isaac continued to hit him outside the house, eventually causing his death on the third floor landing. “
The ferocity of the blows partially destroyed “the cerebral and hemorrhagic mass, and the traumatic facial mass.
Conviction in the Vázquez twins case
According to those media, the jury determined “a prison sentence of 20 years for Dolores and 16 years for her sister Pilar.”
Isaac Gil must spend 17 years in prison because he is considered the “material author of the crime.”
Once the victim’s life was over, Isaac, with the cooperation of Pilar and Dolores, wrapped the body in a blanket and took it inside, then attempted to remove the bloodstains.

For this case, there was a revealing video and audio. In February 2023, they published on Antena 3 “that the three in that audio talk about different ways to end someone’s life: “Do you know how to get chloroform to put him to sleep?”, “with 12,000 kW a person is affected down,” “with the sparks that produces… it must be very folded,” or “if it’s done right, I think it stays baked and once it’s baked, that’s where it mashes.”
The Sabadell twins deny participation in the murder of the partner of one of them: “I couldn’t do anything about it.” A witness recorded several videos of the sisters cleaning up blood trails from the floor of the stairs https://t.co/TjmrA6ivHY pic.twitter.com/cZhVHiIzK7
