Banks in Poland inform customers that in the coming days they may have problems with access to some online and mobile banking services due to planned technical works. These include: ING Bank Śląski, Santander Bank Polska, Bank Pocztowy, Nest Bank, Velo Bank, or BNP Paribas.
ING Bank Śląski
“On Saturday, October 21, we plan to carry out technological and service works. Between 08.00 and 16.00 the Makler module in the online banking system will be unavailable,” we read in a communication on the bank’s website.
Postal Bank
“Due to the planned modernization works, on Saturday, October 21, 2023, from 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m., there will be interruptions in access to Bank Pocztowy services, including online, mobile and telephone banking. During this time, payments by card in stationary and online stores and ATM withdrawals will proceed without disruption. The Bank Pocztowy hotline will only operate in information mode. Due to the unavailability of electronic banking and other systems, services such as: BLIK mobile payments, Pay-By payments will not be available -Link,, MoneyGram payments, transfers and card operations in online and mobile banking, automatic Autopay highway payments, pre-paid phone top-ups, online Loan applications and other applications in the Digital Market, including credit card applications, e-mail services -Advise and Recommended to the mailbox, applications for joining the promotion after opening an Account in Poorder or registering a card in the Mastercard Priceless Moments promotion and applications related to Financial Shields, applications for debit cards, applications for transferring an account from another bank, applications for contact on the website bankpoczy.pl, product service and cash deposits and withdrawals at Poczta Polska branches, carrying out financial operations via the Hotline – this is, in turn, Bank Pocztowy.
Santander Bank Polska
“From 11 p.m. on Friday until 7:30 a.m. on Saturday, you will not be able to log in to online banking and the application. We will turn off the Santander currency exchange office at 10 p.m.,” we read in the message to Santander Bank Polska customers.
Velo Bank
“On the night of October 21-22, from 23:50 to 06:00, there will be a technical break during which we will work dynamically on new amenities. You can deposit and withdraw cash from an ATM using a card without any changes. Payments by payment card and contactless via phone, watch or wristband in stationary stores also work unchanged. The service break will cover online banking, mobile banking, BLIK and the online card payment option,” Velo Bank informs and adds that “in case of any problems” the service is open 7 days a week 24/7 hotline.
BNP Paribas
BNP Paribas also informs about service works, where from 20/10 from 20.00 to 21/10 until 20.00. 06.00 the GOonline Biznes, GOmobile Biznes, GOconnect Biznes (Host to Host) systems will be unavailable.
Nest Bank
“October 22 (Sunday) from 0:30 – 7:00 our online banking and mobile application will be completely unavailable. What does this mean? You will not log in to our online banking and mobile application, you will not change the limits in electronic banking, you will not use with BLIK or Visa Mobile, you will not confirm payments for card purchases online using electronic banking, you will not pay in the online store using the payment link, you will not change payment limits in electronic banking. During this time, you will be able to pay with a payment card, also for using Apple Pay, Google Pay and a watch or band (Fitbit, Garmin Pay) in stationary stores, and deposit and withdraw cash from ATMs using a payment card,” says Nest Bank on its website.
