“Niurka loved her husband very much”: a Venezuelan couple and their 7-year-old son are found dead in their apartment in Georgia, United States

Neither little Jesús David went to school, nor did his mother, Niurka Rosales, go to work. The absences were noticeable from this week onwards.

The information about these three deaths was announced on Tuesday afternoon, October 17, by journalist Jensser Morales, from Univisión 34 Atlanta.

All three were from Venezuela. Ramírez was born in Seboruco, Táchira state; of Niurka in networks they claim she came from Caracas. The woman was 49 years old.

“The worst news I got today. “Niurka loved her husband very much,” Bexy Contreras said.

“My aunt was a positive woman who fought for her entrepreneurship, she was very sociable, she liked to make friends,” her niece recalled through tears for the television medium.

Niurka was an entrepreneur who had already become known in the area with her party decoration business. And her husband, according to La Nación, was “a musician, a luthier, he devoted himself to making Venezuelan cuatros.”

Her niece told Univisión 34 Atlanta that Niurka and Jesús had been in a relationship for fourteen years and in all that time, she, at least, had not witnessed or had information about any form of domestic violence.

Morales specified that no knives or firearms were found at the scene.

Apparently shocked by the report, the journalist, who was calling for donations for the fundraising campaign opened for the cause, said: “When I saw the photo of the baby Jesus David, I was moved. It’s a shame, a tragedy.” (JO)
