Three children – two boys aged 4 and 9 and a 16-year-old teenager – were born to Ecuadorians Jorge Batioja and Rosa Rosero, whose names appear on the list of fatalities from the fire in one of the three nightclubs in Las Atalayas, on the area of ​​leisure in Murcia, Spain.

Jorge had a job as a tractor driver at an agricultural company and his partner participated in a public employment scheme, El Mundo pointed out.

Together with her husband Ferney Lozano, a Colombian, she went to the nightclub on the night of Saturday September 30 and survived the fire. In the tragedy he lost ‘Lula’.

Lozano is a broadcaster and event entertainer in Murcia.

“My wife is missing,” he said on October 1.

Both took care of the future of ‘Lula’s’ daughter. Lozano does not mention her stepdaughter, according to Spanish media. He confessed to them, “I love her as if she were my own.”

Lozano told El Español that they went to the “disco” for the birthday of a listener of their program “El Mañanero.”

He described: “I was downstairs when people started saying there was smoke. At first it smelled burnt, then smoke came out and we couldn’t breathe. Moreover, the power went out and there was nothing to see. “That all happened in three or four minutes.”

He regretted that he had lost sight of his partner in the confusion: “My wife went from one place to another in the nightclub with her friends. “I couldn’t see where ‘Lula’ was when he filled with smoke.”
