The messages will be accompanied by a “unique sound and vibration” of the smartphone. Based on previous tests of this kind this will be “a loud and irritating alarm that will make you immediately stop what you are doing and pick up your phone to stop it” –
Cell sites will broadcast the WEA alert for 30 minutes, but phone users should only receive it once. An alert with the same content will also appear on TV screens and will also be broadcast on radio receivers.

It was supposed to be delivered to them together with COVID-19 vaccines.
Videos full of this type of nonsense have been circulating on TikTok and Instagram for many days, and their authors suggest that on October 4, people should turn off their phones and wrap them in aluminum foil. These materials are removed by moderation websites, but new ones appear in their place.
There is no evidence that the test constitutes a conspiracy to harm Americans. In fact, the test is required by law every three years to ensure that citizens are properly informed about national emergencies
