Sellers in China have learned to fake security markings on new Apple smartphones. About this on social networks X (formerly Twitter) said a blogger under the nickname MajinBuOfficial.

It has a tear-off label and ultraviolet marking – with the help of the latter, Apple confirms the originality of new smartphones.
The specialist noted that local sellers bypassed the protection invented by Apple. In this regard, MajinBuOfficial noted that counterfeit iPhone 15 smartphones may appear on the market, so the devices need to be checked more thoroughly before purchasing.
The blogger’s followers greeted the news with irony. “Yo, can I get the iPhone 15 Pro Max for $9.99? I’m asking for a friend,” wrote user under the nickname schassis_eddi. “Does this iPhone 15 run Android? Absolute victory” joked visitor X under the nickname AlevityXiaku.
Previously, security specialists from the company Kasada identified bots for purchasing iPhones, which were launched by resellers. According to experts, bots allowed speculators to buy hundreds of new Apple smartphones and make money on resale.
