Chery, a Chinese car manufacturer since 1997 and one of the world’s leading brands in the sector, presented the Tiggo 4 Pro Mild Hybrid as its new jewel for the Ecuadorian market.

Marcelo Estrella, director of operations of Corporación Maresa, an Ecuadorian company that markets Chery vehicles, explained that this vehicle is available in two versions: Pro Comfort and Luxury, both with very high specifications.

It has a 1.5 turbo engine with 145 hp, which allows significant fuel savings. It is the most powerful in its category, but with a more compact body, the only one with an automatic transmission and joystick in an affordable segment. In addition, it has six airbags in both versions.

Estrella noted that the Pro Comfort is a highly equipped vehicle, with many features; Although the Luxury version has few changes compared to the first, this model can only be chosen if one wants a little more luxury.

The Chery Tiggo 4 Pro Mild Hybrid is environmentally friendly, the combustion engine has a small electrical system to improve efficiency and reduce the emission of pollutant gases, and is also compatible with extra and ecological gasoline.
