Allegro introduced the Smart service in mid-2018 and it quickly became very popular. It allows you to save on product deliveries in exchange for a monthly or annual subscription. Unfortunately, now the option will become less profitable. At least if you only want to buy it for a month.
Allegro Smart is getting more expensive. And significantly. More by PLN 4 per month
On Wednesday, Allegro sent e-mails to its Smart paying customers informing about the increases. The monthly package service has so far cost PLN 10.99, but its price will increase to PLN 14.99 per month. This is a significant increase, which will mean that after a few months we will pay much more than before (PLN 24 more after 6 months and PLN 48 more after a year).
Unless, of course, we decide to pay for the monthly package. Allegro informs that it does not introduce any changes to the price list in the case of an annual fee. As before, it will cost PLN 59.90. So it seems that the platform wants to additionally encourage its customers to choose Smart in the annual package.

The changes will come into force on October 16 (from 9:00 a.m.). Allegro explains that after this date it will not automatically extend monthly subscriptions (at a higher price). Each customer will have to make their own decision whether they want to pay for the service on the new terms, change the package to an annual one, or give up Smart altogether.
This is the first increase in the Smart service since November 2022, when Allegro decided to make a major revolution in its price list. Then, not only was the price of the annual package increased (from PLN 49 to PLN 59.90), but also the amount that had to be spent at one seller to count on free delivery was increased. Before the changes it was PLN 40, and after the changes you have to shop for a minimum of PLN 45 (delivery to a point) or PLN 65 (in the case of courier shipments).
