Premiere of iPhone 15. When will we see new Apple smartphones? And where to watch the conference?

If you believe the informants, iPhone 15 will be the first Apple smartphones in history with a USB Type-C connector. Apple is abandoning the proprietary Lightning standard, which it has been clinging to for recent years under pressure from the European Union, which requires a common charging standard in all portable devices. sold in the EU from autumn 2024 was USB-C.

We are only a dozen or so hours away from the premiere of the iPhone 15. According to Apple’s announcement, the conference at which new smartphones will be presented will start on Tuesday at 10 local time (California). In Poland it will then be 7:00 p.m. The event will traditionally take place in Apple Park, the company’s headquarters in Cupertino, in the heart of Silicon Valley.

The entire event will last approximately 1.5-2 hours and will be broadcast on the Apple website, in the Apple TV application and on the YouTube platform. As usual, we will also describe all news on an ongoing basis in our report on Next.Gazeta.pl.

Apple signs its event with the slogan “Wonderlust” (which can be translated as the desire for miracles or the desire for amazement). However, the company’s Polish website has a different slogan – “Fenomenalia”. With these slogans, the company probably wants to emphasize that the event will be full of new products. Traditionally, the iPhone 15 will be available in four variants differing in size and capabilities:

• iPhone 15 with a 6.1″ screen
• iPhone 15 Plus with a 6.7″ screen
• iPhone 15 Pro with a 6.1″ screen
• iPhone 15 Pro Max (or iPhone 15 Ultra) with a 6.7-inch screen.

Apparently, Apple has developed new, even better screens (at least in the Pro versions), will offer a new, extremely efficient processor and a camera with up to sixx optical zoom. Work was also underway to refresh the design, especially the island with sensors called Dynamic Island. Will this actually be the case? We will find out on Tuesday evening.
