ZTE has announced the first smartphone with 24 gigabytes of RAM Red Magic 8S Pro Plus

The Chinese corporation ZTE has announced the world’s first flagship smartphone with a record amount of RAM. This is reported by TechRadar.

24 gigabytes of RAM was received by the older version of the Red Magic 8S Pro Plus smartphone. Targeted at gamers, the device also features an active cooling system that will keep the device cool during gaming sessions, and a 6,000 milliamp-hour battery that supports 60-watt fast charging.

“This rather large amount of memory will allow you to comfortably play popular games such as Genshin Impact and countless other titles,” journalists commented on the presented smartphone.

ZTE Red Magic 8S Pro Plus also received a 6.8-inch AMOLED display with a frequency of 120 hertz, a top-end Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 2 processor, up to 1 terabyte of internal memory. The flagship is equipped with a triple camera with lenses with a resolution of 50, 8 and 2 megapixels. The cost of the gaming smartphone was 7,500 yuan, or about 93 thousand rubles.

Previously, the well-known insider Digital Chat Station predicted that smartphones of the future will receive a record amount of RAM – up to 24 gigabytes. According to the expert, Realme, OnePlus and Oppo have started working on such devices.
