– The foundations of our business and the values we profess remain unchanged. We want to create revolutionary role-playing games full of memorable moments that will inspire players – said Adam Kiciński, CEO of CD PROJEKT.
The biggest project is Polaris, which will open a new witcher saga. It will consist of three games that CD PROJEKT RED is planning to release over the course of the 6-year cycle, counting from the premiere of Polaris. In addition, another project from the world of The Witcher has been announced – Canis Majoris, which will be a full-fledged production developed by an external studio.

CD PROJEKT RED announces another game from the Witcher universe
In the witcher universe, there will be e.g. from Boston studio The Molasses Flood – project Sirius. CD PROJEKT RED emphasizes that it will differ from previous productions in that it is aimed at a much wider audience and will enable both single-player and multiplayer gameplay.
In turn, the new CD PROJEKT RED North America studio will take care of the Orion project, the next game in the Cyberpunk series, which, according to the announcements, will fully develop the potential of this universe. CD PROJEKT also announced the start of preparations for the creation of a completely new, original IP code named Hadar.
– Our plans are ambitious and require a lot of work, commitment and further development. To this end, we want to create a new team in Boston, which together with the developing team from Vancouver will become CD PROJEKT RED North America. This move will enable us to have full access to the talent pool, said Piotr Nielubowicz, Vice President of the Management Board of CD PROJEKT for Finance.
Marcin Iwiński leaves CD PROJEKT RED
Along with the announcements, the announcement was made of the departure of Marcin Iwiński (co-founder) from the position of vice-president of CD PROJEKT for international affairs. He will finish his work by the end of December 31, 2022, but will still remain a large shareholder of the company and will continue to actively support it.
