It will operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and will be the largest technology campus in Europe. It is being built right next to the Polish border, in Vilnius. The investment is worth EUR 100 million and will accommodate 5,000. employees.

The campus to be built in Vilnius will have an area of 55,000 sq. m. square meters and will accommodate 5,000. employees. It will therefore be larger than the famous Station F, which operates in Paris. The investor of the project, the Lithuanian company Tech Zity, plans to put the campus on the site of a former industrial space in the Vilnius New Town –

The campus, which is to become home to many tech companies and startups in the future, will be set up in several buildings of a former post-Soviet sewing factory. As we can see in the visualizations provided by the company, after a thorough renovation, the campus is to resemble an extremely modern, employee-friendly technology town. The project is reportedly inspired by British examples of refurbishing disused buildings (e.g. Battersea Power Station) and is intended to encourage companies to bring their employees back to their offices. On campus, any interested company will be able to find a place to work for its own team.

The campus is to operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and will be equipped with full infrastructure, making it easier for employees to spend many hours a day there – including bars and restaurants as well as cultural and educational facilities. Tech Zity currently has three smaller co-working spaces in Vilnius, one in Klaipeda and a “technological spa”, i.e. a co-living space in Druskininkai on the border with Belarus and Poland.
