After this story was published, Musk (51 years old) responded with two words: “Vegas Octagon”, in what appears to be a joke to suggest a specific place for the fight.

In a second tweet, Musk said he has a tactic called “The Walrus”. “I just lie on top of my opponent and do nothing,” he explained.

Zuckerberg’s technique seems more advanced, since a few days ago he shared a video on his networks in which he himself trained with the black belt in jiu-jitsu Mikey Musumeci. “Starting preparations for our MMA (mixed martial arts) debut,” Zuckerberg wrote in the post.

The message between these two billionaires comes after the specialized press leaked that Tech giant Meta (parent company of Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp) is creating a social network to compete with Twitter and has the idea to launch it “as soon as possible”.

In an internal meeting, Meta product manager Chris Cox mentioned this new platform, which Meta has been working on since January, his “reaction to Twitter” and said it will use Instagram’s account system to autofill a user’s information, according to The Verge.

The internal name of the social network is “Project 92”, and the public name could be “Threads”, according to the internal documents the medium had access to.
