Elon Musk challenged Mark Zuckerberg to a cage match. Answer? “Send Address”. Are we in for the circus of the century?

It will be a duel that we do not deserve and that we do not want. Two billionaires and technological satraps can fight each other in a cage. The challenge was thrown by Elon Musk, but Mark Zuckerberg, who has been training ju-jitsu for years, does not intend to bury his head in the sand.

It all started on Wednesday, when rumors appeared on the web that Mark Zuckerberg’s company Meta (the owner of Facebook) planned to launch a platform that would rival Twitter. These reports angered Elon Musk, who stated that after launching such a service, the Earth would be found “only under Zuck’s thumb, no other options.”

When one Twitter user suggested to Musk to be more careful because Mark Zuckerberg “knows ju jitsu”, Musk retorted: “I’m ready for a cage fight if he agrees.”

However, Musk did not predict that his business rival would accept the challenge. Unlike the Twitter boss, Mark Zuckerberg rarely gets into verbal arguments on social media. This time, however, he made an exception. On Wednesday night, the Facebook founder posted a screenshot of Musk’s post on Instagram and added a rather eloquent comment:

While the Twitter boss’s challenge was probably just another one of his more or less funny jokes, the famous “Zuck” took it deadly seriously and is ready to fight his competitor in the cage.

Elon Musk decided to lead this “game” further and in one of the following entries he proposed a place. The fight would take place in the famous UFC octagon in Las Vegas.

Elon Musk may have a problem. Zuckerberg has been training ju-jitsu for years

While we know little about Elon Musk’s sports passions, Mark Zuckerberg has been an enthusiast of Brazilian ju-jitsu for many years. Zuckerberg has even taken part in professional competitions and won two medals in his debut, which he boasted about in social media. “I participated in my first jiu-jitsu tournament and won several medals for the Guerrilla team,” the 38-year-old boasted on social media and thanked the coaches for their support.

Privately, Zuckerberg is a fan of mixed martial arts (MMA). There was even talk at the time that he could fight in the UFC. I like watching the UFC and training the sport. I inspired many of my friends – we train together, we fight together. There’s a certain strength to it that I like.
