Apple’s new ultrabook has a larger battery and larger speakers. The corresponding video with a demonstration of the computer is available on the blogger’s YouTube channel under the nickname Max Tech.
The enthusiast got his hands on the first 15-inch MacBook Air laptop that Apple announced on June 5th. The author disassembled the portable computer and noticed that the company’s engineers used an enlarged battery in the device. However, the autonomy of the device remained at the same level as that of the 13-inch MacBook Air, apparently due to increased power consumption.
Also, the author showed on the video some other insides of the computer. Max Tech found out that the device was equipped with larger speakers – in connection with this, the sound quality has improved. In addition, the blogger drew attention to small details. For example, he was struck by the fact that the components of the laptop are placed with the help of clips of a new design.
At the same time, the motherboard and other components of the 15-inch MacBook Air remained the same. The specialist noted that the corporation’s engineers simply transferred them from the 13-inch 2022 model.
Apple introduced the new 15-inch MacBook Air at WWDC 2023 in early June. The gadget was estimated at least at 1299 dollars or about 109 thousand rubles.
