Bloomberg: Apple promised to fix a bug in the iPhone with a shaky phone camera
Apple acknowledged a software flaw in the iPhone 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max smartphones. It is reported by Bloomberg.
The company said that Apple is aware of the problem, due to which the video captured on the camera of new smartphones begins to tremble. Problems occur when the video is recorded using third-party applications. The corporation promised to release a bug-fixing update in the coming days.
Earlier, owners of new Apple smartphones drew attention to the bug, who were disappointed with the quality of video recording when using TikTok, Snapchat and other applications. “My camera shakes uncontrollably every time I open Snapchat,” one Reddit visitor remarked. According to another Apple tech aficionado, the camera of his smartphone “shaked a lot and made a rather strange mechanical noise” during operation.
Experts noticed that the problem is related only to third-party applications – when using the built-in Camera service, there are no problems. In some cases, the problem can be solved by closing the problematic application and restarting the iPhone.
Earlier it became known that the first buyers of new Apple smartphones faced the problem of device activation. An unknown breakdown prevents you from setting up a new smartphone wirelessly – an error appears in the process.
