And ChatGPT, created by OpenAI, has a huge share in this, which constantly surprises with its possibilities. It is therefore hardly surprising that every company working on AI wants to grab a bit of this market for itself. Microsoft has implemented the Bing Copilot function in its Edge browser, which makes the popular chatbot always at hand. Google is going in a slightly different direction and is trying to increase the popularity of its own solution with artificial intelligence.

Of course, it’s about Google Bard, which is the answer of the Internet giant from Silicon Valley to ChatGPT. At its Google I/O 2023 conference, the company announced many news about its products and services. One of the most interesting will be making Google Bard available to all interested parties (there will no longer be a waiting list) in over 180 countries around the world. Google will not only facilitate access to the chat, but also its use, because as many as 40 new languages will be implemented, including Polish. By using a new language model, PaLM 2 Bard will also generate better responses.

The last of the novelties will be support for graphics. The bard is not only supposed to post pictures of the answers he gives. The chatbot is also to be able to generate content based on the photos we send it. What is very important: we will also be able to use Google Bard directly in the Google search engine. Answers to questions generated by artificial intelligence are to appear at the top of the search results.
Sharing news related to the Bard tool is not the only good news from Google. The entire conference of the giant from Mountain View was about artificial intelligence, so there will be some other interesting news. This includes magic editing functions in Google Photos, the possibilities of which are impressive. AI will be able to turn a cloudy sky in photos into a clear one, leaving only a few clouds for decoration, or move and draw objects in the photos. Thanks to AI, we also get more personalization options, the ability to translate text in Google News and additional functions in Google Maps.
