The latest example of such an animation was presented on the social networking site TikTok. Last week, the histoire.sanglante channel posted a short video based on a photo in which he says: “You don’t recognize me?” then “tells” the story of his disappearance.

The film was made by artificial intelligence based on one photo of Iwona – her face was animated in such a way that the untrained eye may get the impression that the author of the recording is really a missing woman, which, according to the comments under the film, some people believed. The fact that we are dealing with an alteration can be seen from the characteristic voice of the speech synthesizer and the “mechanical” intonation. “This is starting to scare me. In a moment we will not know what is true and what is fiction,” one commenter noted.

Iwona Wieczorek went missing on the night of July 16/17, 2010. Together with her friends, she was in one of Sopot’s discos. As a result of the argument, Iwona left the club, but did not reach home.
