A decrease in the number of advertisements offering remote work – this is the main conclusion of the report published by a website specializing in mediation for specialists working in the industry. In the first quarter of 2022, the share of advertisements with the possibility of remote work on the No Fluff Jobs portal was 70.7%, and then began to gradually decrease: at the end of the year (Q4) it fell to 64.3%, and in the first quarter of 2023 only 61.3 percent advertisements offered work from home. In the first quarter of 2022, stationary work appeared in 23.9 percent. advertisements, and a year later – in every fourth offer (24.3%). On the other hand, the hybrid mode increased its share from 5.3% to 5.3% during the year. to 14.3 percent

The data also shows that the IT industry continues to record salary increases. In the first quarter of 2022, IT specialists with a B2B contract could earn from PLN 15,000 to PLN 21,000. PLN net + VAT, and in the same period in 2023 from PLN 16.8 to PLN 23.6 net + VAT. At the same time, there was a significant decrease in offers with the option of remote work – in the first quarter of 2022 it was 70 percent, and in 2023 it is already 61 percent.
