Mike Tyson estimated the likelihood of an exhibition fight with Holyfield

TMZ: Mike Tyson wants an exhibition fight with Evander Holyfield

Former world heavyweight boxing champion Mike Tyson has assessed the likelihood of an exhibition fight against former world champion Evander Holyfield. His words are quoted by the YouTube channel TMZ.

“I would like to do this, the people of Saudi Arabia want me to do this. When I see people willing to pay for the final product, my head starts to work better, ”said 56-year-old Tyson.

The boxers have met twice before. In the first fight in November 1996, Holyfield won by knockout in the 11th round. In June 1997, Tyson bit off part of his opponent’s ear during a rematch. The fight was stopped, and the American heavyweight was disqualified and fined three million dollars.

In total, Tyson spent 58 fights in his career, in which he won 50 victories (44 by knockout) and suffered six defeats. Two more fights with his participation were declared invalid. The 60-year-old Holyfield has 44 wins, ten losses and two draws.
