Experts from the company specializing in employee recruitment analyzed the impact of advanced technologies on the labor market and identified 20 professions that, in their opinion, are most threatened by robotization and artificial intelligence.

It has been noticed that cashiers and sellers in retail stores have been experiencing changes related to, for example, the increasingly common use of self-service checkouts for many years. The service sector must also take into account serious transformations. With the development of artificial intelligence and robotization, the demand for customer service employees and telemarketers as well as telephone operators and telephone exchanges, as well as people involved in the provision of transport services – taxi drivers and delivery van drivers and air traffic controllers – is decreasing.
According to experts, new technologies will also affect production and assembly workers, warehousemen and logistics workers, operators of logistics machines, as well as construction and construction workers. At the same time, it was emphasized that people performing simple, routine activities that can be successfully replaced by e-mail will be most at risk of losing their jobs. At the same time, the progressing robotization will increase the demand for qualified employees able to operate more and more technologically advanced machines.

Robotization and the development of artificial intelligence will be a challenge not only for people performing physical work, but also for people employed as insurance agents and credit brokers, employees, accountants and auditors, or legal assistants as well as secretaries and office assistants. Experts also recognized operators of data processing machines as well as data analysts and statisticians as occupational groups particularly vulnerable to job loss due to technological development. It was emphasized that although until recently it was claimed that representatives of this type of professions can count on a peaceful future and high earnings, nowadays we see that more and more of their duties are taken over by robots. Other professions threatened by the development of artificial intelligence and robotization include:
