Documents containing sensitive information about the war in Ukraine leaked from the Pentagon this weekend, revealing the intentions of the United States, Ukraine and other countries regarding Russian offensives.

According to The Washington Post, which reviewed the documents, the president of Egypt, Abdelfatah Al-Sisiwould have ordered send up to 40,000 missiles to Russia. The text is based on a conversation by Al Sisi who gave the instruction on February 1, but secretly to avoid ‘problems with the ‘West’.

The interlocutor of the President of Egypt is a person named Salah al-Din, who was supposed to inform the factory workers that the missiles were for the Egyptian army. The portal says that Salah al-Din is likely Mohamed Salah al-Din, the minister of state for military production in the African country.

The document also states that Salah al-Din would “order his people to work in shifts if necessary, because it was the least Egypt could do in the past to pay Russia for unspecified aid.”

The chairman too suggested selling materials to China to produce more Sakr 45the 122mm rocket made by Egypt.

The Washington Post consulted with Egypt about the veracity of the documents, and the State Department spokesman said that “Egypt’s position has been based on do not interfere in this crisis and keep an equal distance from both sideswhile reaffirming Egypt’s support for the UN Charter and international law in UN General Assembly resolutions.”

Dmitry Peskov, the spokesman for the Russian presidency, denied any involvement in the leaked documents. “It looks like a hoax, like the ones that are spreading these days. That’s how you see it,” he said at a press conference.
