The son of President Joe Biden sued a computer repairman on Friday for posting photos of his laptop in which he uses drugs or has sex. Hunter Biden sued John Paul Mac Isaac at a time when congressional Republicans, who control the House of Representatives, investigate their affairs in China or Ukraine.

Republicans accuse him of using it for his own benefit the name and his father’s contacts when he was Barack Obama’s Vice President (2009-2017) to shady contracts in these two countries.

Hunter, 53, left laptop at Mac Isaac’s shop for repair in 2019 but never picked it up.

The following year, the conservative newspaper New York Post he claimed to have emails and other documents from Hunter’s laptop implicating him and his father in questionable business dealings in Ukraine. This happened weeks before the presidential election between Joe Biden and then Republican President Donald Trump.

According to the newspaper the store owner gave the laptop to the FBI and made a copy of the hard drive he gave to former New York mayor Rudy GiulianiTrump’s personal attorney.

President Biden, who is considering running for president in 2024, has denied the allegations, but laptop equipment features in new House Oversight Committee investigation into business dealings of Hunter Biden and his family.

On Thursday, the commission released documents indicating so allegedly showing Hunter and some family members benefited from $3 million paid by a Chinese energy company to a partner, Rob Walker, in 2017. To defend himself, the president’s son hired a legal team.

In the lawsuit, Hunter Biden claims so Mac Isaac illegally accessed and appropriated the contents of his hard drive which he later provided to Biden opponents.

“Mac Isaac readily acknowledges that regardless of how he came into possession of such material, his intrusion included viewing and accessing sensitive private material,” the lawsuit states. “The material he later provided to others included photos of Biden taking drugs, naked, and having intimate relationships with other adults,” he added.
