However, some smart watches read warnings from the network, and others rely on their own sensors, including barometer. Sometimes, however, the content of these messages causes surprise.

It is also difficult to say what form of escape from this phenomenon the watch manufacturer had in mind. Of course, it should be remembered that the barometers built into some watches do not always show the correct values, so we should rather treat such messages with some caution.
It is also worth mentioning that the height above sea level, which is given by some watches, is also only an estimate and is usually calculated on the basis of atmospheric pressure changes, which can be misleading.
