Hi-Tech Mail.ru: iPhone 12 fell in price in Russia to 45 thousand rubles
The cost of the popular Apple smartphone in the Russian market has reached a record high. This publication reports Hi-Tech Mail.ru.
According to the catalog of the portal, the iPhone 12 was available on the Russian market at a price of about 45 thousand rubles. At the start of sales – at the end of 2020 – the device was estimated at 80 thousand rubles. Thus, the device has fallen in price by almost 50 percent.
The iPhone 12 has a 6.1-inch OLED display, Apple A14 Bionic processor, 4 gigabytes of RAM, 64 gigabytes of internal memory as standard. The device received support for 5G, a dual camera with lenses with a resolution of 12 megapixels each, a battery with a capacity of 2815 milliamp-hours.
The journalists of the publication noticed that the iPhone 13, released a year after the announcement of the cheaper phone, is available in Russia for at least 52 thousand rubles. Introduced in the fall of 2022, the iPhone 14 can be purchased for 57 thousand rubles.
Earlier it became known that the cost of the iPhone SE presented in 2020 decreased by 25 percent. If at the start of sales the gadget was priced at 40 thousand rubles, then by the end of 2022 its cost had dropped to 30 thousand rubles.
