Interrupted or unstable connections have affected the users of the services of Microsoft around the world, specifically in its applications of Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, Outlook, SharePoint Online, Xbox Live, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Graph.
According to a company update on Twitter, the damage may have been caused by a network change: “We rolled back a network change that we think is having an impact. We are monitoring the service as the rollback goes into effect.”

Although Microsoft already confirmed that interrupted services have been reconnected and are stablethousands of users filed complaints for the inconvenience caused.
Work and study routines were mostly affected in Europe and Asia. Around 5,000 incidents were reported with Outlook in the UK, while problems with Teams were reported in India.
Microsoft will lay off 5% of its staff and reduce workspaces to lower costs
An exact number of users who reported interruptions or failed connections has not yet been revealed.
