At today’s press conference, the government presented a new solution to support digital transformation. – From September 2023, students starting their education in the 4th grade of primary education will receive free of charge, which will serve them at the next stages of education. Janusz Cieszyński, Minister of the Prime Minister’s Office, who was present at the conference, explained that the computers are to be handed over to students, “so that whole families can use the equipment”. – The cost of the program is PLN 760 million plus VAT – he added. Cieszyński also said: “We want the program to stay in schools on a permanent basis and subsequent years also receive such support.”
