Samsung accidentally revealed the release date of the Galaxy S23
Initially, it was speculated that Samsung would decide to present the Galaxy S23 in the first part of January. Then there was speculation about the beginning of February. Now, however, the Koreans have cut off the speculation themselves and accidentally confirmed that the presentation of the most important phones for 2023 will take place on February 1.
The Colombian branch of Samsung has published an invitation to the Galaxy Unpacked event on February 1, which is decorated with a photo of three lenses resembling those from the line of Samsung smartphones. A moment later, the photo was removed, but the graphic has already hit social media.
What is known about the new Samsung Galaxy S23?
According to leaks that have hit the network, new smartphones are to get Dynamic AMOLED screens with diagonals of 6.1 (S23), 6.6 (S23+) or 6.8 inches (S23 Ultra) and a resolution of 1440×3088 pixels. The heart of the phones is to be the most powerful processor for Android devices in 2023, i.e. Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. In addition, we will get 8 or 12 GB of RAM and at least 256 GB of data space.
