The Killnet group (also commonly referred to as Putin’s hackers and “hacktivists”) was founded around March 2022 – in the past it boasted of, among others, cyberattacks on Poland. Killnet hackers are being fought by the Anonymous group.

The resolution was the result of an agreement between many different political groups – from conservatives and peasants to liberals and social democrats. The document also mentions the explosion of a rocket in Przewodów. In the resolution, MEPs demand an end to hostilities, in particular attacks on housing estates and civilian infrastructure. In its resolution, the European Parliament once again expresses its solidarity with the Ukrainian people and supports the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of that state. MEPs also expressed solidarity with the families of the victims of the rocket explosion in a Polish town.
