Black Friday 2022. What have the stores prepared? Even discounters were not too surprised

Most Polish stores did not wait for Black Friday with discounts and started their promotions earlier. However, today we can count on the best discounts and there are more of them than in previous days. We checked the offers prepared by Lidl and Biedronka as well as the largest electronics stores.

The two largest discounters in Poland have traditionally prepared discounts on many everyday products and cheap electronics.

Biedronka in stationary stores (November 25 only) tempts with a 1+1 promotion (the second similar product is free). Unfortunately, the offer applies only to selected items – some sweets and cosmetics. In addition, the discount is addressed only to Moja Biedronka card holders and covers a maximum of 4 products.

In the case of the Biedronka Home online store, it is more interesting, because the network offers many products at reduced prices. Promotions range from a few (in the case of the cheapest goods) to several hundred zlotys. Purchases are additionally covered (until November 28) with a discount of PLN 20 and free delivery, but only for purchases of at least PLN 200.

Interesting promotions have also been prepared by Lidl. They last until Monday and cover a fairly wide range – from clothing to tools, car and home accessories. Discounts reach PLN 200 for several products and as much as PLN 500 for a Bosch coffee machine. The network boasts that the best discounts reach as much as 80 percent.

Black Friday in electronics stores

Traditionally, Black Friday price reductions are most often advertised by electronics stores. Almost each of the large chains has prepared smaller or larger discounts covering several dozen products. However, we can only count on quite moderate discounts – from several dozen zlotys for accessories to several hundred zlotys for TV sets, laptops or smartphones.

X-Kom boasts discounts up to 66 percent. On the page dedicated to Friday promotions, we will find several hundred discounted products. The list included computers and accessories, laptops, smartphones, cameras and drones. Black Friday is also organized by Komputronik, where – as the network claims – discounts reach up to 75 percent, Vobis (up to 80 percent), Sferis (up to 80 percent) or Ole Ole.

Several thousand discounted products can also be found in RTV Euro AGD, Media Markt and Media Expert. Many are discounted by several hundred zlotys. In addition to small electronics and RTV devices, we will also find numerous household appliances.

For people looking mainly for laptops, smartphones and small accessories, promotions have been prepared, among others. branded stores Xiaomi, Huawei or Samsung. The Korean manufacturer lowered, among others, prices of their flagship smartphones – Galaxy Z Flip 4 (by PLN 1,000) and Z Fold 4 (by PLN 1,300). Xiaomi discounted the Xiaomi 12 model by PLN 1,000, and in the Huawei store we will find some laptops with discounts oscillating around PLN 1,000.

Allegro has also prepared discounts on many different products. On the platform’s website, we will find thousands of very different products from many sellers (as well as from Allegro itself). There were, of course, discounts on electronics.

However, it is worth being careful and checking the prices of the same product in different stores. A good step is also to use price comparison websites (e.g. ceneo.pl, skapiec.pl, nokaut.pl and others), which allow you to check how the price of a given product developed in previous days and weeks. Unfortunately, it often turns out that before Black Friday it was even lower than during the holiday of promotion.
