Denis Kuskov, CEO of the Telecom Daily agency, said that circumstances often arise when the gadget’s battery is dead and needs to be charged. In a conversation with the Prime agency, he explained whether it is possible to use the phone in such a situation.
Kuskov noted that theoretically, while charging the gadget, it is possible to make calls with a factory or original battery. He revealed the dangers of using the phone at this point and forbade doing so due to the risk of overheating.
“There were cases, albeit few in number, that batteries exploded, so it’s better not to risk it,” the head of Telecom Daily urged.
The specialist added that the use of resource-intensive applications while charging spoils the battery. At the same time, he allowed a single appeal to the gadget to search the Internet. To avoid overheating the battery, Kuskov urged to remove the case from the device and use another for work.
Previously, Kuskov called a way to speed up the smartphone. To do this, he urged to check the memory level of the gadget.
