The head of the UFC revealed plans for Chimaev

The head of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Dana White shared his thoughts on the future of the Swedish fighter of Chechen origin Khamzat Chimaev. This is reported by TMZ.

White emphasized that Chimaev has become a special fighter for the UFC. “Nobody has seen anything like this before. This guy scored more victories in the octagon than missed hits in it, ”said the head of the organization. He also admitted that he intends to organize a duel between Chimayev and American Nate Diaz.

“Yes, we’ll call Nate. If he agrees, we will do this fight. 100 percent, ”White disclosed his plans.

Chimayev won his fourth straight win in a promotion at UFC 267 in Abu Dhabi on October 30. The Swedish fighter defeated Chinese opponent Li Jingliang with a rear naked choke in the first round. After the fight, Chimaev spoke of his readiness to fight Diaz and other stars of the promotion.

On account of the 27-year-old Chimaev, ten victories and not a single defeat in MMA. Prior to joining the UFC, he fought for Brave FC.
