O Chelsea confirmed on Friday that defender Andreas Christensen will leave the club when his contract expires at the end of June.
The forecast is that the player of the Danish national team will transfer to the barcelonaafter 10 years at Stamford Bridge.
Christensen, 26, has scored two goals in 161 appearances with the Blues, having lifted several trophies, including the Champions League and Europa League.
“Chelsea Football Club thanks Andreas for his contribution to our success over the past decade and wishes him success in his future career,” the team said in a statement on its website.

Midfielder Danny Drinkwater will also leave the club, while the departure of Antonio Rudiger as a free agent for the Real Madrid has already been announced.
Drinkwater, 32, arrived in London from Leicester in 2017 but made just 23 appearances during an unsuccessful spell at the London club, in which the midfielder was loaned several times.
