Ecuadorian Carlos Vera headlines the Fury 60 card on Sunday, April 24 in Houston | Other Sports | Sports

Ecuadorian bantamweight Carlos Vera will defend his perfect streak in Fury FC (FURY Fighting Championship) against American Kale Moniz in the main event of the Fury 60 card, this Sunday, April 24.

At the Imagen Venues in Houston (Texas), Vera, with 10 wins and three losses in professional mixed martial arts (MMA), will seek her third consecutive success with the Fury FC company.

Moniz, meanwhile, has a fight record of five wins and one loss.

The 34-year-old man, based in the United States, arrives with a sports hunger to become one of the main tricolor representatives of MMA in that country.

He has an important base of expertise in Fury FC billboards: on September 5, 2021 he defeated the American Cody Freeman by unanimous decision in the Fury 50 show and on December 19 he won by the same route to the also American Peter Caballero in Fury 55.

According to the MMA Fan Ecuador page, at the Fifty/50 Martial Arts Academy in Falls Church, Virginia, Vera trains alongside great fighters from the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) company such as Cory Sandhagen and Ryan Hall.

Fury 55 will take place on Sunday, April 24, with broadcasts starting from main card at 4:30 p.m. via UFC Fight Pass, with a total of eight fights scheduled from Houston, Texas. The eight preliminary bouts will be broadcast on Fury FC’s Facebook profile from 14:30.
