Barcelona target Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku
Catalan “Barcelona” set their sights on the striker of the Belgian national team and the London “Chelsea” Romelu Lukaku. Marca reports.
The blue garnet leadership has come to the conclusion that Barcelona may fail in their attempt to bring Bayern’s Robert Lewandowski and Borussia’s Erling Hollan to the team. Inviting Lukaku was another option that the Barcelona sports management began to work out.
Lukaku has scored five goals in 23 games for Chelsea this season in the English Premier League (EPL). The Belgian returned to the club in August 2021. Prior to that, he played in Italy, defending the colors of Inter Milan. As part of the Italian club, he won the gold of the national championship.
Lukaku is also known for playing for Anderlecht, Manchester United and Everton. As part of the Belgian national team, he became the bronze medalist of the 2018 World Cup.
