The team, now under the command of interim Sergi Barjuan, will have important player returns. Defender Ronald Araújo, midfielder Frenkie de Jong and forwards Ansu Fati and Ousmane Dembélé have recovered from injury and are back in the team. The latter, incidentally, has not yet entered the field this season.
On the other hand, Gerard Piqué, Pedri and Sergio Aguero were not included in the list. the experienced defender suffered a calf strain, the young midfielder is recovering from a thigh injury and, finally, the Argentine striker had a cardiac arrhythmia detected after the tie with Alaves by 1 to 1.
Third place in Group E, Barcelona have just three points in the Champions League. The Catalan team returns to the field on Tuesday, at 17:00 (GMT), when they face Dynamo Kiev in Ukraine.
