Russian biathlete Latypov said he felt empty after the 2022 Games in Beijing

“After the Olympics, I even felt some devastation,” said the athlete. He explained that he needed to emotionally recharge, but there was not enough time for this. Latypov added that he wanted to rethink all the races and draw conclusions.
On February 15, the Russian biathlon team lost gold in the relay at the Beijing Games. The Russians, who were in the lead for most of the race, finished third. At the fourth stage, the team was represented by Latypov, who made mistakes at the last firing line and went to two penalty loops.
