British MMA fighter from Dagestan Mokaev won his UFC debut in 58 seconds
British mixed martial arts fighter (MMA) Muhammad Mokaev made his debut in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). This is reported by the correspondent of “Lenta.ru”.
The 21-year-old native of Dagestan defeated American Cody Durden at the UFC tournament in London. Mokaev forced the 30-year-old opponent to surrender in 58 seconds. Thus, the Dagestan won the first fight under the auspices of the UFC.
Russian heavyweight Alexander Volkov will fight in the main event of the UFC in London. His opponent will be the Englishman Tom Aspinall.
Mokaev is known for his performances in the Brave FC organization. In professional MMA, he won seven victories in seven fights.
Mokaev performed brilliantly at the amateur level. A native of Dagestan twice became the world champion under 20 years old.
