Napoli turns over Udinese and leans into the lead of the Italian

Napoli hosted Udinese this Saturday and won 2-1, in a comeback, for the Italian Championship. With the triumph, the team touched the leader Milan, reaching 63 points, the same score of the competitor for the title. The Milan club, however, has one less match and will enter the field this Saturday, against Cagliari, at 16:45 (Brasilia time).

In a balanced start, Napoli showed difficulties in having control of the game, allowing Udinese to take danger to Ospina’s goal. The visitors’ first chance came in the 15th minute, when forward Beto received a cross, but headed over.

The home team arrived with crosses in the area, but could not hit the opponent’s goal. Udinese then opened the scoring in the 22nd minute. The team set up a good counterattack, which stopped at Deulofeu’s feet. The striker, free, hit a cross in the left corner and swung the nets.

At 30, the team started to scare again with defender Pablo MarĂ, ex-Flamengo. The defender headed in, after a corner, and hit the angle, but Ospina stretched out to make a great save.

Soon after, Napoli responded with Insigne, who pulled the counterattack, cut the marker at the entrance of the area, kicked wide, but saw the ball scrape the post.

Luciano Spalletti’s team came back better for the second stage and tied the match after just seven minutes, when forward Osimhen headed in after a cross in the area.

Just over ten minutes later, Osimhen scored again. The side Di Lorenzo advanced on the right and served the Nigerian, who completed for the goal and turned the game around. The player even scored the third, but the goal was disallowed for offside.

Former Flamenguist Pablo MarĂ was sent off in the 37th minute, which made it difficult for the visitors to react.

Napoli’s next commitment is against Atalanta, after the FIFA date, on April 3rd.
