The situation was supposed to irritate Lewandowski, who was even considering leaving the Bavarian club. A player, in the absence of an offer from Bayern Munich, may request a transfer to another team in the summer.

Meanwhile, “Bild” reports that such a situation will probably not happen. The activists of the German club are determined to keep the sniper in their team. According to the German daily, the Bavarians are preparing a specific contract for “Lewy”. As part of it, a 33-year-old player could count on EUR 85 million, which would also include bonuses. This is the amount for the entire duration of the contract, which would be valid until June 30, 2025.

If the tabloid reports are confirmed, the Pole can count on a large raise. According to the German media, Lewandowski earns around 23 million euros for the year of the game. After signing the new contract, it would collect about 28 million.

Robert Lewandowski has already scored 29 hits in the Bundesliga this season and leads in the scorers’ classification. The Polish sniper is also more and more confident in the Champions League. “Lewy” has 12 hits to his credit. The team from Bavaria defeated Red Bull Salzburg 7: 1 in the 1/8 final, and the striker himself scored three times. However, the rivalry in the German league is still dynamic and the advantage of the German champions over the second Borussia Dortmund decreased to four points.
