Norwegian biathletes called it right to remove Russians from international tournaments
The Norwegian biathlon team spoke about the removal of Russian and Belarusian athletes from international tournaments. Their words are quoted by Dagbladet.
Biathlete Tarjei Be called the sanctions against national teams correct, as sport is an important part of communication and the entertainment industry. Vetle Schostad Christiansen agreed with him, who felt that foreign biathletes should be determined in their position. “If the Russian Biathlon Union (RBU) has even a drop of respect, they should have eliminated themselves,” said Norwegian shooting coach Siegfried Maze.
