Russian figure skater Alexandra Trusova intends to try herself as a coach
Russian figure skater and silver medalist of the Beijing Games Alexandra Trusova spoke about her plans for the future. Her words are quoted by TASS.
The 17-year-old Russian woman is convinced that her future will be connected with figure skating. She allowed participation in ice shows and noted that she could try herself in coaching.
Trusova’s immediate plans are to enter a university. The Russian woman admitted that she is considering studying at the Russian State University of Physical Culture, Port, Youth and Tourism.
On March 9, Trusova published a snapshot of the order of the Ministry of Sports, according to which she was awarded the title of Honored Master of Sports. The picture shows that in addition to the figure skater, biathletes Irina Kazakevich and Svetlana Mironova received the title.
17-year-old Trusova won silver in singles at the Beijing Olympics. The figure skater trains under the guidance of Eteri Tutberidze.
