Coach Skudra called Ovechkin a legend with his own style and great master
Latvian coach Peteris Skudra appreciated the achievements of the Russian Washington Capitals forward Alexander Ovechkin in the National Hockey League (NHL). His words are quoted by Championship.com.

Skudra also compared Ovechkin to Jaromir Jagr. He recalled that the Russian took 500 games less than the Czech to reach the figure of 766 goals. “It’s harder to score goals in our era than it was 10 years ago.
