The Ukrainian Football Association has accepted the proposal to hold home matches of the national team in Poland. About this in Twitter wrote the head of the Polish Football Association Cesar Kulesha.
“I had a conversation with my friend Andriy Pavelko, president of the Ukrainian Football Association,” he stressed. Kulesha said that, on behalf of the organization, he offered assistance in organizing matches for the Ukrainian team.
On February 25, the Union of European Football Associations announced that it would transfer all matches under its auspices from Ukraine. National teams and clubs cannot host international matches at home stadiums and must play at neutral venues.
On February 24, it became known that the Ukrainian Premier League (UPL) announced a decision to suspend the national football championship.
