The match between Legia Warszawa and Wisła Kraków was at a stake that the fans of both teams probably never dreamed of. Both clubs are struggling to stay in the league and their situation is really difficult. At the moment, “Military” with 19 points is in the penultimate place, while “White Star” with 22 “eyes” is in the first, safe, 15th place.
Legia fans are fed up with the club’s collapse. On the occasion of the match against Wisła, they decided to express their rage at the owner and president of the club, Dariusz Mioduski. The protest started over an hour before the game. Several hundred fans of Legia Warszawa marched down the street. They carried a banner with the text “Dariusz out!”. There were also a lot of chants aimed at the owner of the Legia. “Hey Mioduski, what have you done? Our Legia spier ….”, “Mioduski won”, “Łubu dubu, lubu dubu wy …… from this club”, “here a wheelbarrow is waiting for you” – these are just some of the the shouts of Legia fans who gathered in front of the main stand. The vast majority of them wore black T-shirts with the words “Mioduski won” specially prepared for the occasion.
Legia fans continued their “happening” also at the stadium. Almost all fans were dressed in black. The Ultras have also prepared a special setting. They formed the inscription “won” out of white flags, and the banner read “you had a golden horn, bitch, finish us … and destroy the club”. Moments later, the legionnaires lit smoke candles and black clouds hung for a moment over both teams. The match started with a delay of about three minutes.
