The 2002 Olympic champion in figure skating Alexei Yagudin commented on the words of the head of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) Thomas Bach, who criticized the work of the coaches of the Russian figure skater Kamila Valieva, Gazeta.Ru writes with reference to the Stories of the athlete’s Instagram account.

Yagudin published a screenshot with the news, which says that the IOC President criticized the behavior of Valieva’s coaches. “Thomas Bach … Come on you ***”, – he sent the chairman of the committee. After some time, the message was deleted.

Earlier, the words of the head of the IOC were appreciated by figure skating coach Alexander Zhulin. According to him, the mentors themselves know how and what to say to their wards after the performances. Valieva’s coach Eteri Tutberidze admitted that she was perplexed by Bach’s comment.

Bach made a number of statements regarding the situation around the 15-year-old Valieva.
