Paweł Zygmunt, a four-time Polish Olympian, spoke on TVP Sport, pointing to the problem in bringing up children. In his opinion, this has a huge impact on the results of Polish athletes.

– God bless you, let Polish children go or run to school. Now the children are taken to school in cars. The man is afraid that the child might slip through the belts. He is afraid that the child might walk 3 km to school. Of course, PE in grades 1-3 is led in high heels in the corridor or in the classroom, tossing the bags … It cannot be so – emphasized Zygmunt.
– We as parents have to understand that children must be able to move. Parents are responsible for this movement and control against threats such as phone, tablet, and games. Let the children move and not sit all the time, because we will get to such a situation that the nation will be a great tragedy and we will have very weak children, a very weak generation, and consequently health care will be needed to maintain this company – the former skater ended.
