The game – The first stage was not very promising. The two teams tried to create danger, but went to the locker rooms without success. The second half was filled with opportunities.

On minute 15, Mario Rui took advantage of the rebound, but, luckily for Roma, his shot was blocked. Three minutes later, Victor Osimhen enjoyed a corner kick near the penalty spot and headed the crossbar.

At 27, it was Roma’s turn to hit the target. After the free kick, Gianluca Mancini headed in near the left post and wasted a great chance to debut.

At 37, in what could be the most dangerous move, Mourinho’s team failed to build. In a counterattack of four against three, Roma did not take the chance and the opposing defense stopped the play. At the end of the game, Victor Osimhen scored for Napoli, but the goal was disallowed for offside.
