The invoices also concerned the purchase of sports equipment and personal protective equipment. These invoices were issued in order to reduce taxes or avoid paying them altogether. They amounted to PLN 15 million gross.

The police are on the trail of people who took the wrong invoices. There are over a hundred people on this list. Famous names appear on it. According to the portal, one of the foreign players left the country in connection with the case and fearing the consequences. More people can expect a visit from the officers in the near future. The police have even entered the headquarters of several clubs. The services secure the documentation of the business activities of entities involved in the case.
Now Krzysztof S. and the rest of the members of the criminal group are facing up to 25 years in prison. In addition to the former footballer, five people have heard the accusations, and two more may soon be faced with it.
